There was a typo in Explorer.*.cfg:

'python/pythonhelp.hhp',

should be

'python/python.hhp',

This has been updated in CVS, but *.cfg files aren't updated automatically if your resource config directory is not the Boa root (like $HOME/.boa) So update manually if needed.
